Anybody else face this issue with weird clicking from the suspension? Mine happens when I turn my steering wheel to the right and it's the front right passenger. Crazy clicking. I'm hoping it's ok because I'm going on a road trip.. Should I take it in for service as a walk in just in case?
Thank you!

Ya I would take that in today. Sounds like a loose control arm or something

Agree with the peeps above. I’d see if they can take a Quick Look before you head out man.

Sounds normal, I doubt Tesla would let a vehicle leave the factory with issues like that.
Hopefully they don’t blame you saying it was user error…

Wow… hahaha psa don’t put your j1772 adapter in the plastic glovebox. It will roll with certain movements and make it sound like it’s the suspension hahaha. So embarrassing

so glovebox bottom is plastic - that would do it! Go get some adhesive backed rubber and line it...

LOL! Now I know how to test body roll effects accurately and safely while doing tight turns on a test drive. I was risking my life by throwing a tennis ball or Paper roll on the floor and passenger seats! :ROFLMAO:

Ha! Amazing! Love this so much. We don’t know what we don’t know and I would have also been concerned! No need to feel embarrassed.

I have often wondered if Tesla couldn’t use a AI driven microphone to diagnose noises when driving that might be critical. Being able to triangulate using two microphones would have pinpointed that adapter in the glovebox. Heaps of things that you could detect like that, just like driving around with your own personal mechanic ears. ;)

We had the nearly the same issue with our new Model X. Funny clicking sound right front with any little bump. Reset computer. Sound went away. Sound came back shortly. Reboot did nothing. Took to Tesla.....found a little ROCK in the right front suspension.
