Thx for info....it actually answered my next question about the "Foundation Series." I see some are not wanting the FS questioning the value...others seem to think it will be the only option for LTS. But there was nothing said about options in the "sign-up process."

Yeah, right now we're waiting for non-Foundation Series to be opened for configuration.

If you submitted documents you are WELL past the signup period. Have you tried the Tesla site using a different browser. Chrome looks like this but Safari has the other statement. Maybe a caching thing?

If you submitted brokerage statements, the screen had some kind of green icon that says successfully submitted. Over the weekend the screen changed to what OP is showing in his screen shot. Hopefully that’s a sign that Tesla has finished collecting brokerage statements and will be moving on to the next step soon.

I just called as well to see if they would imply success or provide any further info. The rep told me that they don't have any info on it yet and that I should email [email protected]

If it’s Martin’s team owning this then we might not hear for a while. IIRC they’re a pretty small group and will be prepping for the earnings call. Hopefully they were assigned some additional resources.

Do you mean the April 23rd call? If so that call will be loaded! Especially with the robo taxi news yesterday. Hopefully they send an email before the call at least to update and confirm.

I am now even more grateful that they let me configure an order last week. Now I will get a Cybertruck some time this year for sure. That is all I hoped for with the TSlA program anyway. Any acceleration from 3 months to 1 1/2 months would be of questionable value, but if it happens I’ll take it.

As I recall it was that way the first time I checked, which I believe was prior to me receiving an email requesting statements to be uploaded.
Which I believe is actually the next step email (Sending proof).
So from my perspective, I think they just never updated it.
And there won’t be any need to e-mail me. My notification would just be getting a VIN.

I sent a message to my sales advisor about a potential conflict in early July.
I got this response:
“Current estimates for your order are showing May, so it shouldn't be a problem.”

My thoughts…
Even though it says “for your order”
I don’t know if this is an estimate that is specific for my order or if it is just an expectation based on current and projected delivery timelines in general.
I did text him back this question.

That's what it shows me, too, but I got an email saying I did not qualify and if this was in error, to send documentation.

It was most definitely not accelerated for you. Orders placed in March for AWD are expected to be delivered by April-June
