As I recall it was that way the first time I checked, which I believe was prior to me receiving an email requesting statements to be uploaded.
Which I believe is actually the next step email (Sending proof).
So from my perspective, I think they just never updated it.
And there won’t be any need to e-mail me. My notification would just be getting a VIN.
My status says the same thing and it may have been there all long and I just never saw it or noticed it.

Adding one more more data point.
I sent a message to my sales advisor about a potential conflict in early July.
I got this response:
“Current estimates for your order are showing May, so it shouldn't be a problem.”

My thoughts…
Even though it says “for your order”
I don’t know if this is an estimate that is specific for my order or if it is just an expectation based on current and projected delivery timelines in general.
I did text him back this question.

“Great
Is that pretty much in the normal timeline or do you think it was accelerated by submitting the required documents for the long-term stockholders early delivery program?
thank you”
And here is the response that I received:

“Not too sure. We are seeing a majority of estimates around the June timeframe, so you're at least sooner than that”

I received this stock TSLA NEWS tonight: 8 hours ago — Now Production Is Halted. ... —Over the weekend, Tesla informed some soon-to-be Cybertruck owners about delivery delays because of production. Anyone get a notification?

I find that news dubious.

none of the typical 'tesla insiders' have tweeted any such news.

Splitting hairs with semantics.
both are generally perceived as temporary stoppages. The reality is that productivity and deliveries are being affected, which means we will feel the impact.

On Hold
If an activity is on hold, it has been intentionally delayed

Halt
a suspension of movement or activity, typically a temporary one

No, that's not what they're disagreeing with

Production is 'stuff out of factory' and deliveries is 'stuff to end users'.

They are very different things.

Oops missed “deliveries” vs “production”
Although I do remember reading somewhere that they were notifying cybertruck production employees of a reduction of shifts…
Assuming that was just to avoid a logjam of unfinished product requiring post production modifications…
I’ll have to do a search and see if I can find where I read that and post it here if I can find it.

Expert from the link above:
“One of the most surprising moves Tesla made recently was shortening the Cybertruck production shifts at Giga Texas. The Cybertruck was supposed to be production-constrained, with a difficult ramp-up that made it impossible to satisfy the huge demand. However, Tesla notified employees working on the Cybertruck production lines that their shifts would be reduced.

Normally, Cybertruck workers clocked 12-hour shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM and 6 PM to 6 AM. An internal memo obtained by Business Insider shows that Tesla notified workers that, beginning Monday, they would work 11 hours during the day and 10.5 hours during the night. If Tesla Cybertruck is production-constrained, as Elon Musk announced during the Q4 2023 earning call in January, why would Tesla want to produce less?”

Looks like this program is a mess. Doesn’t look promising like we’ll hear anything soon

If only we had the information to confirm that was true, but we actually know absolutely nothing, good or bad, based on the lack of communication we are receiving.
