I tapped 2 wires into the 2-pin connector inside cabin camera housing. That connector provides around 15V which in operation range of Uniden R7/R8
Nice! I'm currently using a Radenso DS1, but I'm thinking about switching to a V1G2

This is amazing! For those of us that are idiots, can you provide a bit more detail about how to access the power? Again, amazing!

Ahh, I've been looking at an R8. Does the tonneau cover make these less effective?
I don't think it matter as the whole tonneau is not a solid metal surface. The radar signal can easy go through it. However it will block laser frequency but it doesn't matter as you are screwed when police use laser gun.

Huh, what size bolt does it use in the slot? Because it looks close to a standard camera mount.

Use the same screw (T20) that attach mirror to the camera housing.

Here is the quick manual
1. Use the instruction from: https://service.tesla.com/docs/Cybe...UID-517B6C63-EA55-49A6-BB38-4B2D43648DB4.html to access cabin camera
2. From above step, you will see a 2-pin white connector (pic2)
3. Buy a wire tap kit: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B097MGX318?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
4. Print the mount then use the old T20 screw from mirror assembly.

This is amazing. Thank you! Double sided Velcro wasn’t holding for me.

Anyone have a recommended online 3D printing service for those of us who don’t have a printer? Xometry or craftcloud?

Update: I used Xometry and it was shipped and arrived exactly when they said it would.
