he had a do not walk sign. NO CHANCE he was in the right. He probably hurt his foot. However, even though he was in the wrong, I would have still stopped short of entering the crosswalk until he was clear. The cars in the next lane over did exactly that.
Isn't that exactly what I said?he had a do not walk sign. NO CHANCE he was in the right.
Vancouver BC?he had a do not walk sign. NO CHANCE he was in the right.
Maybe but then I wasn't talking about you. If you walk out into traffic you deserve to get hit that's why there are signs and lights and crosswalks. be responsibleIsn't that exactly what I said?
I don’t know where you are, but everywhere is not California, FYI. I can guarantee you, around these parts, that guy would be run over and that would just be the end of it. (I’m not advocating that, I’m just stating fact. We have a very long history of running wayward pedestrians right-over in this town). We built pedestrian bridges and barricades to keep people away from the places where the cars go. Separation is the best solution.Dude you see him crossing the road, pedestrians always have right of way. You should have waited for him to cross, regardless of this lack of attention to the traffic signals. Be responsible.
That's not how right of way works. The Cybertruck had the right of way to the jaywalking pedestrian, but it's still the driver's responsibility to make every reasonable attempt to avoid hitting him, regardless of who had the right of way.
This dude maybe that guy in the video. Be careful.Dude you see him crossing the road, pedestrians always have right of way. You should have waited for him to cross, regardless of this lack of attention to the traffic signals. Be responsible.
