This was driving me crazy, even after dealer replaced the blade I was still getting minimal, almost no washer fluid.

So I checked the actual hose connection to the blade and the tiny hose was actually kinked inside. The problem was that in my situation it was slightly too long so it was ok when you remove the blade you need some access but if it's too much access when you push the blade back inside the hose had nowhere to go and just kinked because it was slightly too long.
I just pulled it at the base of the arm readjusting it and it fixed the kinked spot.
Now the water goes out like crazy, almost too much water :)

same here. could you show a picture where to look for the kink?
I don't think admin would appreciate him posting websites to kink. This is a family friendly site... just use Google... you can find the kink in many other locations...

Ok, not sure what's going on but it won't allow me to post pictures. Already tried to edit several times....no luck
So when you look at the metal arm and the place where the blade connects to it with plastic connector - look inside the arm at that spot. You will see a washer hose connecting to a blade and my was kinked right in that spot. Make sure it is straight.
Hope this makes sense. I will try to post pictures if not here maybe in a separate thread.

Brought mine in today for winter tire package and arranged for them take a look at this exact issue for me.
3+ hours later, got the new wheels and tires installed (which could be done in under 30 minutes) and my wiper works no better. I really hope this is the issue for mine so I can fix it but if so, I’m all the more puzzled with whatever service team wasted hours doing or if they even realize this could be the issue.

Almost too much fluid?? I find that hard to believe with how the wiper squirts fluid out lol

When I replaced my blade, the tubing pulled outward as the blade was removed. I need the extra slack to disconnect/reconnect anyway.

Of course that left it bulging out and subject to kinking. I tugged it back at the base of the wiper arm to straighten it out.

It took 2 hours to get my winter tires installed at Tesla service. When it comes to tire service, Tesla is not Les Schwab. Unfortunately, I was prepared for the wait. It took 1 hour to put the spare in the bed and box with accessories next to it after waiting a month for the appointment to pick up the parts.

Geez. My service center had Big Red for 9 days, But they installed the spare, wiper motor assembly, installed wheel covers, Sail Appliques, Drive Inverters, checked wiper fluid amount and rotated the tires. So perhaps my washer fluid is better. Up until now it was like me when I take a leak.
