Cybertruck in containment delivery hold since Friday, urgent!!

I traveled from Colombia to receive my Cybertruck, but three days before delivery Tesla put a containment hold on it and now we are probably going to head back without receiving the truck. Is really frustrating and disappointing, anyone knows anything about this?

Typically means they found a defect that needs repair or there is an open recall preventing them from releasing until it is addressed. I had both happen before mine was successfully delivered.

There is a hold on "all" Cybertruck deliveries, including mine... It seems to be related to the HV battery but no specifics on what that means at this time.

I know you don’t want to hear this but…when you hope in it for the 1st time…the wait will be worth it! I got mine mid September & still feel like a kid in a candy store every time I drive it!

I don't mind waiting as long as it doesn't affect the final financials, i.e. $7,500 going away (lease) or a reduced value on my MYP. With Juniper coming soon, I am worried my current MYP will take a hit.

just spoke to them again. Looks like my vehicle arrived at the delivery center but is also on a battery hold. She didn’t have an ETA on the fix. She said many are effected

Both, I asked to move mine to New 2025 and it was also affected. My order is for a discounted 2024 AWD.

Weird. I'm in Canada (we still have just 2024 FS available here), and I placed an order 4 days ago. Thought for sure it was going to get matched quickly since they have FS to clear out, but been radio silence. Haven't been able to reach anyone to confirm but feels quite unlike other deliveries where I saw orders matched within hours or a day.
