Most helpful
1. Running boards - angled not rounded
2. MARS roof rack - looks awesome and it's useful
3. Interior organizers (not under seats) - in door, under and behind screen and center console

Not helpful
1. All under seat storage (I do use the rear seat storage for the kids tablets and work/school bags)
2. Cargo nets (haven't used them yet)
3. Center console divider, you only need top organizer.

Most used:

1. 3d printed storage bin from twraps that goes behind the front screen. Sunglasses and work ID go there daily
2. White seat covers look great from cybergearco
3. Silicon phone charging cover from basenor. I put tin foil underneath it so it disabled the wireless phone charging and the silicon is easy to clean
4. Found a usb c cord that plugs into center console and branches into two USB c cords to charge two phones at once. Brand name escapes me.
5. Bed divider

I would like to see someone come up with a rear screen/console device that adds a cup holder for someone sitting in the rear middle seat.

I’ll start with 1 or 2 of each:

By far the most used mod I’ve made is the 3d printed cyber triangle looking door closers I affixed to all 4 doors. Has drastically reduced prints and smudges. I use them much more than I thought I would. I did design my own to save a few bucks, but they look like everyone else’s.

I also use my molle bed divider a lot. I have it in the position just behind the smugglers bay opening, so I can still use that. I printed some small hooks that someone here posted, that are handy with grocery bags. It’s nice so as it stops soda can boxes or large Costco orders from sliding around or having to be tied down.

This is a given, but now more and more non foundation owners are coming in. The d rings in the floor and tie down points on the bed rails get used constantly. Along with some cheaper tie downs from harbor freight. The pull-to-tighten ones. Not ratchet. I use my bed constantly and this has already set it far apart from the trail boss it replaced. Extremely practical.

Least used is are the inside sail molle panels. They look cool I guess. Not really actually. I don’t have anything I need attached there at all times. And the molle holes are too small for my tie down hooks. The amount of force they can withstand from things pulling on them is small too. I use the bed for big items a lot, so stuff there would get in the way. I wish I hadn’t bought them, but used my voucher so it’s whatever.

I also don’t use the frunk net thing very often.
Sounds fun. Here's mine.

Most used:
1. As mentioned by @Ddanis60 , 3d printed door handle closers. I put them on before I did a vinyl wrap to help with the fingerprints but now, I just use them all the time.
2. Mud flaps. I ordered the Tesla ones and aftermarket ones, and the aftermarket ones provide much better coverage - especially on the front wheels.
3. Seat covers. With the white vinyl wrap, I've doubled down on the black/white theme and I love the pop of white in the seats now.

Bonus 4th mod - vinyl wrap. I went with a matte white do-it-yourself kit and its awesome!!!

Least used:
1. The cyber bins. I bought these to use up the remainder of my voucher and while they work, the handles are flimsy and one needed epoxy to fix. I'm going to end up storing my wife's Christmas decorations in them.
2. Spare tire. I like that I have it but it's not been used at all :). Its seriously heavy and I hate that to use my bed, I need to plan in advance and remove the tire and bed divider but I'd rather have and not need than need and not have.
3. The rubber bumper covers. I got these from Tesla as well and they have a chalky grey color for the rubber. I've heard it turns black in the sun but I don't know. Seems like it would look bad so it's still sitting on my work bench waiting for me to either decide to put it on the truck or sell it.
where did you get the mud flaps. Thx

I'm considering the left side magsafe charging mount. Just seems like the screen mounted version would be at odds with the steering wheel. That'll be my next purchase.

https://tsportline.com/collections/...eft-side-magsafe-phone-mount-wireless-charger
I have this. It was the first thing I got as a mod and it’s what I use most. I can say it’s worth the money.
Center console safe. Someone has already pointed out it’s perfect to lock up things.
And last is the cargo bed divider. I got this from Tesla. I also have it right behind the smugglers bay.
As far as things I don’t like, to be honest everything I have works great. Yes I don’t utilize them to the full potential, but I’m happy with everything I got.
Not in any order but to include
Cargo nets
Frunk seat
Under rear seat storage
Door hidden box
Sail mole panels
Door tray inserts (I like these and my teenager puts her phone in it every time she’s in the truck)
Door handles
U hooks
Bullet Wheel hub covers from Cybertruckco
Thinks that’s everything I have so far.
Would love the swivel screen mount but the drop is just a deal breaker for me,

You just answered two of my questions: are the cyber bins worth it (they’re super expensive) and the rubber bumper covers. Thanks.

For those of you with the molle panels unused...

...where do you put your entrenching tool, emergency flares, and fire extinguisher?

I have these velcro'd inside my hatch of my Mazda, although I could imagine putting them and the first aid kit in the cabin somewhere. I usually end up using the flares for someone every year or so, so... they get replaced.

A trauma kit is something I have on my motorcycle, too, although I haven't figured out where to put a fire extinguisher or flares on it yet.

-Crissa
I do plan to mount a few emergency items (medkit, shovel, axe, traction boards) to the sail Molle Panels, but not until I know I'm going off-road. I don't want to lug that stuff around town / on trips and add unneeded weight. I bought the frunk Molle Panels, as well but haven't mounted them yet. I will probably mount my hatchet, lopers, and a few lighter items up front where I typically carry my electric chainsaw, batteries, tarp etc in the frunk. I'm not sure how much good a fire extinguisher would do if the CT has a flare up .

I promise you that the rear bumper covers will turn color and perfectly match the bumper after installation. I had the same hesitance before installing. After a week, they look great and OEM.

Tesla Cybertruck 3 Most Used and Underused Mods on your Cybertruck? 20250103_152031

Most Used: Since delivery April 2024.

1. Center caps and wheel lug covers. (immediately installed at delivery make the wheels look great.)

2. Luminer Formula 1 ceramic 25% front window tint to match factory rear. Installed a week after delivery. Really completed the *spaceship* vibe and relieved that stoplight anxiety of people looking at me.

3. Bed dividers. I got two of them along with L-hooks and extra D-Rings for the bed. Bed dividers look cool and allow me to transport items pinched between them like propane tanks and groceries while keeping the locker available for use.

4. Home Universal Charger. Charging at home after becoming used to the free super charging I got for the first two months really improved owership. Waking up to a charged Cybertruck with almost no real cost is a *must* accessory for any Tesla owner.

5. Bumper covers. Installed after about 2 months of thinking about the color not matching. They changed to completely black after about a week matching the rear bumpers. Looks factory good and adds *no slip* texture as well as protecting the plastic.

6. Projection Lights. The CyberSignal looks cool at night when you open the doors. Trick looking. I tell people it is created with lasers.

7. CyberCooler. Very, very cool cooler. I leave it in my frunk full-time and it always impresses when people ask to see the frunk open. I use it on trips with friends as a cool moment to give everyone an iced beverage during a break.

8. CyberVessle. I love the look in 007's console and it keeps my coffee very hot for the ride to work.

9. "Oh My God" Rear Window Sticker. Purchased it before I even got delivery of 007 and installed a week later. It has provided many, many moments of me having fun with people telling them I had no idea my window was broken or I received a heavy discount for buying 007 with his shattered window.

10. White Diamond Metal Polish. Brought out the brillant *platinum* shine of 007's bullet-proof stainless steel skin. He's not a mirror on wheels, but, he is definitely a shiny jewel on wheels going down the road.

Least Used:

1. Charging adapter holder. Honestly, I guess it is good as it keeps the adapter from rolling around inside the center console. It also puts it out there where people constantly ask me what it is. So far, I've had no need for the adapter but the holder does provide organization so I know where it is if I ever do use it.

2. Frunk Cargo Net. In the beginning, I used it to hold my gym bag and some groceries in the frunk. It has great utility, but, once I got the CyberCooler it became an accessory without a need and is just laying over inside the frunk. I now put some groceries inside the CyberCooler which secures them and keeps them cold during transport.

3. Under Seat Rear Storage Bin. Honestly I got it with my powershare credit. I have put some things back there inside it like my roof sunshade cover and my CyberCleanging kit. But, it is a silent feature that should have been included with the Foundation Series to begin with.

4. CyberTruck Cleaning Kit. I waited and waited and finally scored one before they went out of stock again. So nice and cool looking I've yet to use the sprayers and their formulas on my truck. Glad I've got it, but, haven't used it yet.

5. ProtectaClear Metal Sealer. I tried it and where I did apply it correctly it did the job. However, I decided to remove it and polished my stainless steel with White Diamond. I have more than enough to reseal 007's new shine in the future if I choose too. However, I'm going to wait and see how the new polished panels patina over time.

6. Windshield Shade. Got it and haven't taken the time to use it yet. So big and difficult to fold it will most likely sit in the rear seat area until Alabama summer arrives.

Which aftermarket ones did you buy?

Most used
1. Rearview mirror screen/monitor with camera
Which one did you go with and how easy or hard was the install?

- @CYBERTRUCKco visor backers that prevent the sun from blinding you when the visor is down.... I NEED to get these installed... especially important if you do not have a window tint.

[/QUOTE]

i Love mine - visor backers they do such a great job of blocking light / heat, especially during sunset sunrise. !!!

The vault cargo net (and the L track tie down points, since mine didn't come with them). I can keep my waterproof boots readily available at the back and any leftovers from restaurants get set in there so it doesn't smell up the cabin. Also holds groceries from sliding around. When I need to get hay or feed it unsnaps easily to go in the under vault.

Long handled squeegee/window cleaner. I use it maybe once a week when I wash off at the self car wash. There's no way I can reach up to dry the window but this works to get most of the water off the window and it separates to a short squeegee so I can use it to get most of the water off the truck also. Then the rub down is a lot faster.

Mud flaps do their job but the truck still gets really dirty every week.

In door trash cans off Etsy. I have a trash thing on the back of the passenger seat, but it's difficult to reach. This is easy for driver and passenger to put straw covers, receipts and tissues to keep the front clean.

Runner up - I haven't used it, but larger air compressor/plug kit/patch kit is piece of mind. I'm used to having a spare but I can't see handling a 100# wheel.
Sprayway and fiber cloths - great for spot cleaning.

Things I could do without -
I have stuff in the under seat storage, but I tend to forget what is where.
12V to USB-C adapter. I over thought how much I need to use items with 12V cig lighter ends. I do have a trailer camera that uses it, so I can use it when trailering to see the horses.
I never used the roll of vinyl I was going to cut and cover the rear tail gate top with to protect it. Maybe I'll do it when it gets more scratched up to just cover the scratches.

They're not that expensive, and you never know when you'll be at the site of an accident!

I've never had to use anything but an entrenching tool when offroad, but I've had to use flares, and other emergency things in random suburban locations.

Heck, last week I used the first aid kit when someone cut their hand at the storage locker! Also last week I came across someone who'd hit a deer and needed flares (but I was on my motorcycle and only had the trauma kit).

You never know.

-Crissa

Fire extinguisher is to make sure small fires don't become big ones, or to suppress flames long enough to rescue someone. It wouldn't put out a gas tank on fire, either!
