Got my Tesla lightbar - Not what you think!

Thanks to a power outage due to bad storms last night I'm shuttling my light bar from one Tesla center to another for install. Technically I have a light bar! Will update once it is installed but I thought how fun to snap a pic of the box. ?

So jelly! I received my FS Cyberbeast back in April 2024. Still crickets on my rooftop lightbar

So do we think eventually Tesla will sell this as an accessory? Or is it likely to be a FS cyberbeast thing only?

Received my beast on 6/1. Still nothing. I have tried opening tickets in multiple service centers and they both told me they don't have the parts yet....

I did get my wheel covers like 2 months ago.

I got Fluffy back in August of 2024... no sign of a lightbar.
But, two things...
1. I got my wheel covers (still in the cardboard and plastic - I can only assume they are okay)
2. I got an email from Tesla "Our bad. Thanks for being patient on the wheel covers. We are giving you free hub covers free, just put them in your cart at the Tesla store."

Thing is, I'm not going to get the hub covers. I texted them in the app telling them I already had my wheel covers.

Why can't they keep track of things like that? Makes me wonder about my light bar...

Why wouldn't you just accept the freebie? At the very least you could probably sell them if you didn't want them....

Even though I have my wheel covers, I do like the hub covers. I was using 3D printed ones until my wheel covers came in. The 2 shortfalls of the wheel covers are that they are susceptible to curb rash and cover the valve stem. Hub covers don't have either issue.

They’re definitely not keeping a track, I pick up my cyberwheel covers last year in November. When I was in for a service in January I dropped off my truck with out of covers. When I picked up same day they asked me if I want my cybercovers instal or leave in the back. That was second set I got it.
Last week when I got my tires rotation done I dropped the truck in the service center without covers. When I picked up truck on end of the day I received another new set of cyberwheel covers. Now I got 12 of new design and still 4 the original ( useless )comes with the truck over year ego.
And yes I received in mail last week free hub covers too ?

Why wouldn't you just accept the freebie? At the very least you could probably sell them if you didn't want them....

It's stealing if you take something that isn't yours... if a company makes an error, that doesn't mean it's right to keep their property. That's how I was raised, that's how I'd want someone to treat me if I accidentally gave someone something I didn't mean to.

I just can't, in good conscious, keep something that I didn't pay for or earn or was gifted on purpose.

Everyone's different, I get it. But, someone somewhere paid for those caps.

I really hope it will be offered as an accessory, this is one that I do want and the OEM full functionality hasn't been matched by any of the alternatives.
