My problem with this line of thinking is that it’s always partisan. I mean you still have people saying that January 6 was a false flag attack or was Antifa. And if I were to do a dissonance check, I’m betting that we’d get far fewer people who feel so strongly re: the “terrorism” designation.This isn't allowed to become public record for obvious reasons, but when large scale attacks happen in a pattern like this, the perpetrators are allowed to continue for a little while so the feds can get intel on the whole network responsible for it. So long as people aren't being physically hurt or killed in the process. If that happens, they then have to be proactive to stop it from getting continuing or getting worse.
I hope we find the people at the very top. These aren't random people who suddenly have an itch for arson.
you don't need to copy and paste that for him, he already knows everything.From Cornell Law school.
(5)the term “domestic terrorism” means activities that—
(A)
involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
(B)appear to be intended—
(i)
to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii)
to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
(iii)
to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and
(C)
occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.
I know enough. But unlike many, when I don’t know what I’m talking about, you won’t be hearing from me. Because I’ll be listening and learning.you don't need to copy and paste that for him, he already knows everything.
Yes, the ones who talk without the walk seem to shout the loudest. And are usually the ones that aren't that good.you don't need to copy and paste that for him, he already knows everything.
While I agree that everyone needs to read their policies, I think most reputable insurance companies cover acts of terrorism under an "Extraordinary events" clause.I honestly don't know about Cars, but I do know many house insurance policy do NOT cover that, I encourage people to inquire or read you policies for car and home closely.

If I’m speaking about it forcefully. Bet your ass I know what I’m talking about.
Just like when I tried to help you understand the difference between Firmware and FSD. I know you didn’t like it, but not a word I said was incorrect and I did that to HELP you.
and if I recall correctly our first interaction was me helping you with something else that you didn’t fully understand. So if that makes me a “know it all” to you. ??C’est la vie.
I do know more than most people. I came by that knowledge the hard way. Learning!
Have you measured yourself against more than 50% of the earth's population? You haven't, proof you don't know what youre talking about. And are quite arrogant too. But people like you wouldnt understand that concept. That's how arrogant people like you are. sorry. just facts.
Where did you find a "reputable" insurance companyI think most reputable insurance companies cover acts of terrorism under an "Extraordinary events" clause.
There are a LOT of things I (personally and materially) know about Jan 6 that would not only be too far fetched for this forum, but no-one would believe me if I bothered to type it all out lol.My problem with this line of thinking is that it’s always partisan. Wanna bet? I get real agitated when the position depends on who the perp is politically, and otherwise.
I don’t know about reputable. Is GEICO reputable? If you have a basic policy I can just about assure you that terrorist acts are excluded it doesn’t matter who the carrier is. And in my hometown here I can guarantee you that most people have policies that are 25/50/100 and they are going to exclude terrorism.While I agree that everyone needs to read their policies, I think most reputable insurance companies cover acts of terrorism under an "Extraordinary events" clause.

Is there some point that you’re trying to communicate? Speak English.I guess we no longer need trial courts. Just hire dalton108 as representation and no other attorney will be able to argue the other side against his all-knowing legal mind.
Right up to until the point where nobody else can help them and they need one. Then it’s all love. ?And you wonder why the whole world hates attorneys
