First I’ve seen the hate from kids, and senior citizens in one day! 😔

I was hoping the Cyberhate from all sides would die down. Over the last couple of weeks I was encouraged, it seemed to diminish. But I guess it’s like the weather

I was parking at a restaurant last night and three old ladies walked by my Beast, one of them saying “that’s the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen in my life” I responded “likewise”

My wife was blown away and we both were dismayed that a complete and total stranger would offer up unsolicited negative opinions.

And in my neighborhood these kids have been flipping me the bird every time I drive by. What’s odd for me is typically kids love this thing as do older people. Is hate contagious?

Hate has dropped off around me (Pierce County, WA), but I was up in Whatcom county yesterday and got 2 thumbs down, one finger, and two little kids yelling "we love your cybertruck!".

I'll take the unbiased kid's opinions over the media-addled adult's opinions any day. (too late for those teens in your video, though)

Eh, don’t let it get to you. Was at a cars & coffee event recently and heard a kid near me say ‘oh man! Why is a Cybertruck here?!’ My knee jerk reaction was to laugh. Thought he was talking about mine cause it was the only one at the event, but soon found out another CT pulled into the parking lot to use a Supercharger near by. It’s fun to know a CT churns up emotions, positive and negative, after ~1.5 years of being around.

Happens every Friday, between 10:30am-2:30pm.

My CT was keyed, or knifed, a year ago after two weeks of ownership. One door where Sentry didn’t catch them. It buffed out, mostly, but WTF?!

Minimal engagement is my MO with these freaks. My one word comment was enuf to send her stomping off swearing and crinkled faced. I don’t think her companions were pleased with her interaction with us. Good way to ruin a perfectly good evening with them.

IMO Telling a complete stranger something rude and insulting is stoopidly dangerous. Couldn’t imagine doing that myself in a million years.

I’ve had 99% positive reactions. Mostly kid’s jaws dropping and screaming to their parents with excitement to look over lol once had an elder lady say, “usually they look like a dumpster, yours looks quite interesting. That’s a compliment coming from me.” However this weekend had a dude pass me with his arm out his window with his thumb down and shaking his head with a huge ‘ol’ frown. I gave him a thumbs up. Lol

don’t agree, Colorado has a positive vibe from most folkl here but the shit heads standout, like in every state.

I still mostly get thumbs up, smiles, waves and compliments. The Cyberhate is just a fear of change and scared people are everywhere

In the last week, I've had one guy walking down the side walk screaming at the top of his lungs that I'm a Nazi for driving the CT, Nazi truck, blah blah blah. He didn't appear to have all his faculties.

In the same week I had a coworker tell me she secretly loves them even though her husband and kid don't, and that the demo drive I gave her absolutely made her week and that she loved it.

It all evens out.

I get very few negative comments. Get tons of positive from older folks and young kids. have even given some folks a ride, let others sit in it to check it out. I do get some negative comments, but I really don't care it is what it is. I bought it for its technology and the easy maintenance. I love this Truck and that's all that matters. I bought it for me.
