Delivery on Monday August 4th, rep told me my CT bday was July 21st. Got the newest build I could, which is what I wanted trading up from my Foundation.

I would be interested to hear about the common build quality issues and whether they have updated them on your model

My build quality seems to be pretty good only one cosmetic issue I think was from the tie down from delivery. One other issue is the frunk won’t shut correct. Need to make a service appointment but don’t want to let them have it.

I know the feeling! Can't stand to be apart.
I kept a running note for the first month of things I wanted them to do when I took it in so they could do it all in one shot. They gave me a FS loaner for the week. Was thankful for it but still missed mine and was happy to get it back. The loaner had Grok so that was fun. I texted the SC and asked if they could load 2025.26.4 while it was there and they did!

My guess is 77k is July

Just took delivery! July 21st build. 78k. Inventory with 3 miles on it, got free Supercharging for a year and 0% with FSD transfer. Fit and finish is unreal compared to my 6600 Foundation. Steel needs a good decontamination but everything else is immaculate. Super pumped!

Very nice! How did you get get free supercharging? Was it an inventory? Or did they just add it when asked?

Build progression enhancement status:

• Missing tonneau slat (service repaired)
• New gasket solution above tonneau adjacent to roof glass included
• LR brake issue (service replaced)
• Tailgate applique loose (service replaced)
• New bolted cantrail included
• Bedliner with front ribs included
• Hot wireless charger (service denied replacement)
• Roof applique with no mounting points
• Fit and finish interior rattles so far so good

I'd love to see what that gasket solution looks like. I've been asking the SC about and for this for a while now. About to just do the DIY solution.

My vin is 43xxx, no issues aside from shitty wireless charger which sounds like they’re still shipping. Pretty sure the cooling on my seats needs rework too but since people have been getting rejected on the charger fix, I’m waiting for something else to get the seats fixed.

Same on the seat cooling. The screen says on but my butt is skeptical.
