Just saw a Dennis CW video from x takeover and one of the trucks had one in the frunk.
I have the apl35 which is the same footprint but taller so wondering if anyone has the APL20 and can confirm it fits in the frunk and allows it to close.

Guess that display is a little misleading

Very, very cool to see all of the CT mods in his video. What would be great is if he spoke to each person to understand what parts they bought and how it was installed.

Totally. I just love those fridges so when I saw that I got excited. I have an ICECO go20 which does fit beautifully in there but there is about a half inch clearance problem on the front end for frunk closure. Close but no cigar.
I believe the APL20 is a little shorter but also a hair wider so wondered if someone who has one has actually tried it.

Not to be a killjoy, but putting any refrigerator in a small, sealed space is asking for trouble, as there is no cooling air to counter the hot air that the refrigerator will produce. For tailgating, fine, but not for road tripping. An excellent cooler is the way to go. (A refrigerator in the bed might be OK because it has much more airspace, and the large tonneau cover to radiate heat…)

I recently got the BougeRV 23qt fridge, and works well. Tried it once during a 90 degree day by leaving it in the bed and after about 2 hrs in the bed / heat, it shut off. I think it got too hot in the bed (tonneau closed).

I thought it’s easily fit in the back seat floor but it will require the front seat to be moved forward s a little bit. And I think it’ll be tight opening the lid.
