Maybe I push my across more edge cases than the normal driver because I've definitely let FSD do some sketchy stuff (but nothing outright dangerous) lol. But yeah, overall it's been great! To be honest my FSD has been perfect for the last couple of months... And my CT has never had the issues many have posted in regards to self driving.
I mean why wouldn’t there be improvements?
It’s a whole new version, not just a minor upgrade. Have some faith in the dev team!
Who’s gonna tell him? Although I guess “having” FSD is an improvement from where we started - for MONTHS.![]()
What about my post indicates that I don’t?It’s a whole new version, not just a minor upgrade. Have some faith in the dev team!
And, from a business standpoint, why would it? We probably make up less than 1% of Teslas on the road. Granted, most of us have FSD as opposed to the sexy cars having only half to 2/3s with FSD, but still. CT is a bit on the back burner for Tesla. It sucks, but if I’m being totally unbiased, I understand and I’ll wait patiently. It’s simultaneously acknowledgment of the fact that it hasn’t been getting that love.

Mine hasn't been perfect all the time, but it's getting very close. The vast majority of drives have no necessary safety disengagements. To be honest my FSD has been perfect for the last couple of months... And my CT has never had the issues many have posted in regards to self driving.
I did just get a software update, I didn't look to see if it changed the FSD version number but I'm running FSD 13.2.9, and it seems like it prefers to be about 6 inches further right in lane position (on average) than previously. It actually feels too far right by slight margin but maybe this was a down-n-dirty temporary fix for the times it was so far left it clipped lane markers or curbs.
True, I don’t have the stats on hand but I have seen estimates on take rates for SEXY to be 10-25%. Granted this may be increasing and as you said CT likely has a higher percentage take rates. And, from a business standpoint, why would it? We probably make up less than 1% of Teslas on the road.
