I don’t use one. Not in the front at least. Have one on the kids screen. I hate them.
Screen protectors that is, not the kids. I don’t put them on my phone either.
All I do is keep one of these little guys in the little tray by the screen. It’s awesome.

The triangle shaped case itself is like a microfiber thing. You just put it in screen clean mode, give a couple spritzes and use the triangle part to run across the screen once and it’s good as new. It does leave a little dry powdery stuff but if you keep a microfiber cloth in there anywhere it takes two seconds to clean it off.
If I don’t have that for any reason I always have wet wipes (small kids) and the microfiber, but I don’t like that as much.
I’m going to keep buying them as long as @AO-Pete is in business.
The way I see it, I’m married to this truck, I’m not going to use a condom permanently for the rest of our relationship.
I know a lot of people like the matte effect you get from some screen protectors though so there is that to consider.
I also use two magbak chargers (hands down my favorite) which makes installing and uninstalling screen protectors a giant pain in the ass.
Yeah, I’m a no screen/phone case guy. My cousin recommended I get the screen protector for the glare. I like that triangle cleaner you posted. Will pick one up. Thanks!

I know a lot of people like them. I get better utility out of an underscreen tray and some trays behind the screen which make that not feasible.
Here is a link to a thread I posted a while back with some pics that illustrate the point.
https://www.cybertruckownersclub.co...ng-mod-under-screen-cheap-easy-and-fun.41900/
if you are going to get one, wait. The current ones being sold lower the screen somewhat and make it terribly inconvenient in my opinion. The manufacturers have heard this and are about to release a version that keeps the screen at the same height.
Tesstudio reached out to me to see if I would test one for them so it’s coming very shortly.
I’m liking the Spigen Trays! Behind the screen my SunPass transponder. Under the screen I put my gate remote, wallet, and second phone when it doesn’t need to be on the charger. The charger really heated up the phone….i need to research this more.

The native charger sucks. I never use it for my phone.
I have two of these that live there though they do get rather hot.
Wireless Portable Charger

Cool because they can both charge and be charged wirelessly
I take them when my phone isn’t well charged or to use as a magnetic stand/charger for the kids to watch something in a restaurant for example.
For the actual phones I have a right and left version of these on either side of the screen

It’s nice because the positioning allows you to do some things while driving without upsetting FSD .

Great, thanks for the info. I’m not in a hurry. I put a small storage tray behind the screen. I haven’t done the under screen tray yet as I’ve realized the truck actually has more storage than I need. I don’t have a lot of stuff and the wife and kids are still embarrassed to ride in the CT, even though they occasionally will. So it’s just me and a few trinkets. I do love the flexibility and all the upgrade options.
First time my wifey sat in the front yesterday and she was like…wow there’s so much storage space! She still calls the CT ugly though. lol. She likes the ride though. Smooth. I wanted a model 3 performance, which my cousin in LA also has. She told me to pick between the Y or CT. I much prefer the looks of the older Y than the new one. I’m also a pickup truck guy; this is my 5th one and after not owning one for the past 18 months, I’m happy and grateful to have one again! I think Tesla/EV is growing on wifey already. Like I stated in a previous post…I’m probably done with ICE cars if they’re not drivers cars.

Stop spending my monies! lol. Now I’ll probably pick up one of those Tesla battery packs. lol. I kept my main phone in the center console yesterday. I got my first strike out Sunday, on my first drive cause I was on FaceTime I guess, with my phone in my hand, while on FSD. 🤣. My cousin said after 5 strikes they’ll take away FSD for two weeks…

Charging every opportunity I get. Broke the back of my phone so Apple needed an hour to replace the back glass. Supercharger right next door to the mall.

Same. I’ll probably only buy another Porsche gas motor. I need a 911. Rest will be EVs from now.
Try the new (refreshed) Model 3 Performance first. It costs less than a Porsche and you might just find you prefer it. I know I do, I like the way the Tesla "squirts" out of corners with no perceptible lag (and the better throttle control). I didn't even know that fuel injected Porsche's had throttle lag until I drove a Tesla.

The gearbox thing is worse, even if you are a highly skilled driver or have a modern automatic. The Tesla is always in the perfect gear, always ready to go at a moments notice. And it's quieter and has more interior space (when comparing apples to apples), a better stereo and needs far less service.

I swear, the new Model 3 Performance looks better than the best-selling Porsches too.

Tell me if you disagree, in the end it's just personal preference anyway. But as this thread illustrates, you have to try the various options to know which you prefer. Unless you are just going for image, then it's whatever other people think!

Yeah I disagree. lol. As much as I’m loving my new CT it’s not a drivers car like my Porsche. I wanted a model 3 performance. My cousin in law in LA has one. My wifey said no. Pick between CT or Model Y. I don’t like the way the new Y looks. I’m a total gear head! I need that exhaust sound when I’m carving canyons! And 3 pedals. Standard Transmission. Rowing gears, climbing mountains, cool breeze with windows down and the engine and exhaust blaring is what I need!

Yeah I don’t go for image. lol. Honestly I wish less people would look at the CT. It’s an attention grabber for sure.

Did you test drive the new Model 3 Performance with adaptive suspension or the old one with regular dampers? We have one of each and the difference is night/day.

I used to love rowing through the 6 gears in the mountains on my 996 cc Ducati twins with open airboxes, carbon fiber pipes and desmodromic valve trains that were too delicious (I thought) for words. I used to love shifting near the 10,000 RPM redline at full howl. Hitting the next gear perfectly for maximum drive. But the Model 3 Performance has oddly ruined it for me. It's faster, even if I ride the bike perfectly. Now the bike just feels like a compromise, neutered.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would ever own a car that was faster than my motorcycle!

I’ve never driven the model 3. Cybertruck was the first EV/Tesla I ever drove.

Ahhhh, another Ducati owner! The desmo L-twin exhaust note is absolutely intoxicating.

I love driving EVs, the instant torque, low center of gravity / minimal body roll is just awesome.

I do love the exhaust note and shifting through gears on my motorcycles. I get my kicks riding my Aprilia RSV4 Factory on the racetrack...the V4 exhaust note is awesome!
