This does not reduce the screen height, it should help youI have some disc damage in my neck and although I don’t have to move my head much to look at the screen it is a literal pain to do so. The more adjustment I could have the less I would have to move my neck!
Really excited for this mount. Been holding off until the height issue was addressed. Hope I win one!
