I use my CB as a mobile office most days and I found that this IKEA ÖJULF lap desk is lightweight yet sturdy, easy to store. Also used for eating more cleanly and if the passenger just needs to rest their hands more comfortably on the tabletop.

Got this mat off Amazon for the tailgate. It gives you a flat surface, protects your knees, and gives you a more comfortable place to sit.

I just stow it behind the driver's seat so I can reach back and grab it when I need it. But my back seat is cargo, not passengers, so you may have to get creative if you have little humans in the backseat.

Meh. Little humans have short legs so they don’t really use the floor.

I built a custom foldable tray that rests on the door and armrest for a spacious hover area for food. Just fold and stow away below in the middle.

I have seen lots of those little center console extension trays everywhere that secure to the wireless charger edges but not one like this temu piece which grabs the whole cup-holder.

thats a great idea, it always hurts my knees climbing in the CyberCamper.

those are 180 degree hinges I think. Stay flat when opened. Fits perfectly from my door to armrest across. Eat like on airplane.

Finding that Etsy link in my earlier post reminded me of two other things I got from the same shop, a Grok button for the squircle and some embroidered microfiber cloths.

This is brilliant. Is there any obvious way to attach it to the tailgate? Is it pretty tough?

That’s slick. I’ve never actually used a radar detector. Are they helpful? Do they work well? Are they legal?

In the Commonwealth of Virginia radar dectectors are illegal. But they are legal in most states.

I have a nice one and it has saved me from tickets. Next road trip you can borrow it!
