Thanks everyone for the help, took delivery today, 4 mile, built date August 2025.
Looks like the roof is a different material now. Driver side mirror is not vibrating that much compared to my old FS. Motor is a lot quieter and seems to be more responsive. My dad also has a FS CT, the motor is kinda noisy/humming around 40-45 mph.
FSD was transferred right away, at delivery, confirmed by email.

If anyone is on the fence of trading in, I think it's worth it for better build quality.

Thanks everyone for the help, I also completed my trade-in and took delivery of my new vehicle today. Mine was a July 2024 FS with 13,800 miles, and I received a final offer of $70,500, that is lower than the original estimate of $72.7k

Used the $2,500 credit from 2024 FS and another $452 referral credit, and the loyalty credits of $1000, so my total out-of-pocket for the new AWD 2025 came to just $282 for everything. I can't say no to this offer.

Used the same FSD agreement as Travis64 - thanks... and the new CT already had FSD installed.

The first day feeling on AWD 2025 — just like under9hell mentioned, the motor is a lot quieter. On my way home, I drove through heavy rain and noticed a clear improvement in the windshield wipers. They no longer make that loud, stiff swiping sound; instead, they move smoothly and effectively. Love it!

Enjoy the new car smell and enjoy the 1-year free supercharge :)

For anyone going from AWD to Beast, is there any way to transfer the FSD and make the Beast cheaper (now that they include FSD in the the Lux package)?

FYI, I have a below VIN 2,000 FS AWD, and it's been great with no issues. Not sure I'd want to tempt fate just to get a year newer AWD one. Wanted to get a Cyberbeast initially, but when offered to buy the AWD VERY early (Feb. 2024), I jumped. Would need to test drive a Beast still as well (not doing that until I'm sure I can lol).

You definitely should drive the Beast before making the purchase, especially since the price hike with Luxe package, I don't think it's worth it to trade your FS AWD to Beast. (you'll loose money on the FSD)
I drove in my friend's Beast before, since this is a big/heavy vehicle, I don't really feel any big difference in additional power.
If you like speed, a plaid X or S make more sense.
