Got an invite to the Tesla Shareholders Meeting on Nov. 6th.

I sent in the RSVP form, but have heard nothing back. Can any of you seasoned Tesla folks give me an idea of how the timeline works out? I am super busy and I am
super busy and afraid I am gonna miss an important deadline. I am planning on driving the CT down there... can anyone tell me what happens? I apologize if this is in the wrong forum.

Thanks for completely not answering my question and injecting your politics into the answer. I am sure the next time I get a chance to invest in "Government Employees" I will study their perspectus and act accordingly.

Its a lottery. Pretty cool events from what ive heard/seen. Usually lots of goodies given out

You need to signal your desire to go. It's a link on the Tesla Investor's page. I don't have the link here though.

I think once you've verified your shares with tesla you're automatically entered. How you do that Depends on your brokerage. You log into your tesla acct, go to acct settings then shareholder preferences to verify

I went last year. The confirmation email arrived like 2 days before so be prepared to book flights and hotel last minute OR book now with refund ability! I also have an invite this year and expect the same treatment as last.

I guess. I never win ANYTHING. I am so stoked about this. To me it is like getting a free pass to
Disney. I just hope I haven't built it up too big in my mind.

Thank you! This is at least actionable. I was really starting to worry that maybe my proof of stock ownership got lost. Two days is not a lot of time.

It's not a lot of time, esp if you have to suddenly juggle work etc! Just EXPECT it to come a couple days before to us "little people", as long as there's space in the back of the bus! lol.

Oh, it's def worth it-the meeting is (was) held in the main entry way to Giga Texas, right as you walk in. You'll get to see the speakers (Elon) right up close and be able to potentially ask a question! There will likely be a factory tour also AND special merch like the 2025 Shareholder's event T-Shirt among other items available. It'll be a memorable trip, that's for dam sure! Oh, and last year the big thing was the Cybertruck of which the factory tour showed off but THIS year it is supposed to be more about the Optimus bot...
