Regarding service appointments for the Cybertruck: I've owned mine since December 2024 and one thing I've noticed is the need for multiple service visits to get the service done right. The first time, I gave them the benefit of doubt since it's a new vehicle....but that is the fundamental issue to me: it's so new and there aren't that many (although over the past 6 months I feel there are more Cybertrucks being sold) that the service techs don't have a ton of experience working on them. I know it's an entirely new platform of a vehicle but it got tiring having to make 3 visits to get the wiper motor installed and calibrated correctly. Thanks for the sanity check.
1. Both service visits they’ve actually addressed this rattle. This last one they added tape and made it a lot worse but only because they didn’t have the parts. It’s the cheapest feeling part of the whole car imo. They’re supposed to fix it (again) in a couple weeks…
2. I saw this thread actually, I think for me it sounds like more than one clip which led me to think it’s the entire piece and it’s loose clips. I’ll take a look again though.
That said, given my last service experience about 2 weeks ago, it's A LOT better. They addressed everything correctly in one visit.
