While waiting in line to drive onto the ferry on Thanksgiving morning grandson and girlfriend in back seat watching the Macy's parade. After ten minutes we were motioned to proceed to drive onto the ferry. Our cybertruck, (only CT on the peninsula) would not move, wife and I pushed every button on every screen to get out of watching video mode. All vehicles in line behind us waiting for us to go. How embarrassing it was, We slumped down in our seats once we got on the ferry.
This truck is highly visible and I like to invite the curious who want to just see what it looks like inside, to sit in driver's seat and I get to explain all it does, and inevitably I get a question I don't know how to answer. I am getting better at giving a simple answer to how far it goes and how long to charge though. I'm surprised though that Most people don't want or trust a self driving vehicle.
