AND, valet mode should be limited to 20 mph. But, I would never let a valet near my truck. I am just complaining for those who would.

You don't usually hear people say “I was driving like an idiot and lost control.” which is probably what happened. In every analysis that's been done so far where people have claimed tesla cars accelerates without the accelerator being pushed, its been proven false. I believe this will be the same if investigated.
