Congrats!!Oh man! I wanted the Cybertruck on day one of unveil! Put my $100 in and waited. When it finally was ready everything changed from pricing to the range. Not a happy camper. Waited about a year after and got my $100 refunded.
After 8 months of searching. I finally drove home my 2024 Cybertruck foundation series! It’s used, but brand new to me. I couldn’t afford the prices back then but was able to now! Spend 6 hours driving it home and it was worth every second of it! Yay! If you’re curious, I paid 77k for it with 25k miles on it.
Finally being apart of the pack now with everyone here. Yay…..

You got a good deal. If it is a foundation series that sold for $100,000 new And a great deal if it is a Beast.Nice! Thanks for sharing! Welcome!
What car companies do you thinkwill be capable of offering FSD anytime soon?I have a foundation cyberbeast with life time connectivity and lifetime FSD - so now I hope Musk doubles the monthly fees for both! This would secure the resell of my cybertruck!!!
Truth is though that as the installed base increases for FSD and other car companies are able to offer competitive FSD systems- the monthly cost or purchase cost is likely to decline. Like navigation has now become a standard feature on many vehicles - that initially was a $3000 option, FSD in five or so years could become a standard feature on every new Tesla vehicle. Musk could make FSD standard on every new Tesla today and that would likely spike their sales tremendously.
One issue is whether Tesla is capacity limited in terms of adding more FSD enabled cars because of limited server capacity. I don’t understand if FSD requires a constant connectivity back to the Tesla servers or if operates on the data and processors inside the vehicle itself.
I pretty sure I got a good deal also. Fully charge after 25k miles on it. It’s at 318 miles at 100% state of charge. Not bad I say.You got a good deal. If it is a foundation series that sold for $100,000 new And a great deal if it is a Beast.
The average percent value reduction (depreciation) for a new car after two years, assuming typical usage including around 25,000 miles, is approximately 30%. This means the car retains about 70% of its original value on average, though the exact figure can vary based on factors like make, model, condition, and market conditions. For context, depreciation is typically highest in the first year
When I saw this, I didn’t know! I was a bit taken back! Then I just realized it’s a signed that I’m part of the family because I’ll being see more of it down the road!Welcome!![]()

Unlikely you will get that info, but Tesla should have record of what was done to the truck while in their SC. Outside MODs would be tough to track unless visibly obviousOh BTW how would I go about finding out who’s the original owner was! Just so I could see what they have done to this truck, like recall, ceramic coating or anything, just so I don’t double dip.
The last 6 digit of the vin is 035504.
I don’t even know where to begin. Tesla won’t give me anything.
