What mount do you use? I've tried several window and flatscreen mounted types but haven't found one that reaches just above or to the left of steering wheel in front of the dash.
The phone mount is from Magbak

So I went down this rabbit hole.

Easiest/cheapest solution is to install https://rustdesk.com on a computer at home connected to the internet.

Then you can use their web client in your Tesla to connect to it. You may have to mess with video/input settings in the web client.

It works as there's no html5 video. You get an entire desktop environment rendered via skia. My first test showed good audio, but video did stutter a bit more than I'd like. Will experiment with other configurations.

I noticed with premium connectivity, many sites are outright blocked or behind a captcha at least. So unfortunately you need a proxy of some sort. This accomplishes that, albeit in an overkill way.

Touch worked for me, keyboard did not, but opening Windows Virtual Keyboard did work. Might could have a server with a dedicated "Tesla OS" that made navigation easy and matched the aesthetics. Maybe a mobile device would work well streamed... All things to try.

I played with this service the last few days. I do not feel it is worth $9.99/mo but would probably pay $2.99 or possibly $4.99 for it in it's current state. It's a little clunky and there is room for improvement. It's limited to YouTube - If there is a particular video you'd like to watch you can send the link from your phone through the web browser and it will show in your mediastream library. There is also a search function. Here are a couple things to note:

-It's not synced with your YT account, so watch history and video progress will not be synced like it is when you use YT on other devices.
-video sometimes freezes which requires a browser refresh
-video progress is not saved - refreshing the browser window restarts video from the beginning. I found this to be super annoying when trying to find my place in the video again.
-there appears to be a fast forward and rewind function when you double tap on the left or right of the video, but it does not seem to work...just kind of glitches for a second and continues the video
-audio sometimes does not work or is not synced with the video - refresh usually fixes this
-seems YT ads are being filtered out, which is a positive thing to note

I personally think using your phone with a MagBak charger on the corner of the MCU is a better option, although when you turn your phone landscape it blocks the speedometer (if only we could still select max speed in FSD ).

I have yet to test in my wife's car with the intel atom MCU but I'm going to assume the experience will be much worse.

I'm hopeful this service becomes better optimized and allows syncing my YT account at some point. Other streaming options would be great too. I'd love to be able to access my Plex server. I cancelled my subscription but will revisit in a few months to see if there have been any improvements.

This one: https://www.amazon.com/Furniok-Phone-Mount-Tesla-Cybertruck-Magnetic-Type

It stays put without adhesives and can slide left or right even while it has a phone on it. Pretty cool design. The magnet is the perfect strength so that the phone never falls off but it's easy to dismount the phone when you pull it straight off the mount.
The link is dead. I searched with the text and got some other options, but not Furniok. Please verify the link when you get a chance.
