I have a 2023 x plaid. HW4, FSD, white with cream interior, matrix lights, 58k miles. Trade in from Carmax and others is right at $60k. Tesla offered me $49k a couple months ago, and just offered me $56k yesterday.
Im looking at used 2025 Premium cybertrucks. Most dealers (especially carmax) do not take photos of the infotainment screen showing if it has FSD or not. But I am seeing some screens with "start self driving". I assume it has FSD but im not certain if its paid for or it was monthly and the photo was taken before it expired. Is this correct?
I dont use FSD all that much, but its great for resale and even more true now. Is there any reason why I shouldn't get a 2025? They are running about $77-$78k with under 10k miles. So a little savings.
I really want autopilot but cant get it anymore on a new one. On my plaid I have two profiles, one with FSD and one without. I can siwtch back and forth even when driving which is nice. FSD is annoying on the highway which is why I don't use it much.
