Alright, curiosity got me out of bed to test it on my CT!
Yes, currently the right tweeter doesn't work, but all the other speakers do (I tested them all)
I have contacted my contact at Hansshow and will let you all know what he says. I still think it's worth the upgrade, personally, BUT this isn't acceptable from Hansshow's part.

I have made a note on my video. Thanks for bringing it to my attention @bpobob!
Please let me know if they give you a response, although I don't expect any different than I have gotten for the past 6 months from them - which is nothing. For me I have 2 speakers that are out due to the Hansshow mirror.

Here it is:

When the rearview mirror shuts off, my Cybertruck's audio system also malfunctions—for instance, the surround sound cuts out for a few seconds. Then, about a minute later, the mirror automatically powers back on. Shortly thereafter, it displays a "No Power" warning message and shuts down once the countdown expires. All of this stems from the cheap DC/DC adapter built into the mirror itself. This adapter appears to contain a low-quality buck converter that is highly sensitive to voltage fluctuations and heat buildup. Furthermore, the adapter seems to be equipped with an undervoltage protection feature. As the buck converter's temperature rises, its efficiency drops; it consequently requires higher input voltage to maintain its output, which causes a voltage drop in the wiring harness. This leads to audio system malfunctions and triggers the adapter's undervoltage protection, thereby cutting off power to the mirror. I purchased a higher-quality DC/DC converter; it generates less heat and provides a more stable output voltage: https://www.amazon.sg/YABOANG-Conve...v+to+5v+voltage+converter,aps,273&sr=8-5&th=1
Then routed the power supply to a USB-C port or the cigarette lighter socket.

Waiting to hear more

@esgeorge324 This is exactly what I said earlier their response would be so that just proves my point - trash customer service.... Im going to quote my own post from earlier to prove it below. They said they supplied a shitty power supply and to buy one at YOUR expense from amazon as a fix for their defective equipment, nice. The "solution" @Hansshow Technology is providing is for a second defect issue affecting the mirror and has nothing to do with individual speakers getting knocked out permanently at all, it is related to the mirror just shutting off and not powering on properly. If you hear more from them, tell them to come check the threads so they know I've been ripping their product to pieces - they've been absent here for a while now conveniently.

Here's my post from earlier in this thread :

Yes it does... I have been bitching at @Hansshow Technology for over 6 months about this. It takes out two speakers on the passenger side. Their last response to me was something about how they supplied a shitty power converter with the mirror and I should buy a better one, with a link on where to buy it on amazon. That wasn't even in regards to my complaint, but someone else's and they offered it to me as a "Fix". They wanted me to buy a part from amazon at my expense to fix their defect that wasn't even the defect I was referring to, so apparently there are now 2 defects in this unit.

Run 12v power from under the front of the center console. This can directly lower the mirror without the harness. Look up Teslaken here on the forums. He has videos also

That would solve the power off issue it has and replace the crappy power converter they supplied, but the speaker issue is a defect in the wiring harness - it does not allow power to pass through because the wiring in it is incorrect, there is no fix for this other than a new harness. I believe Ken addressed this too in his video, but it is definitely in the thread where we were all discussing it a while back.

Yes phil, I 💯 agree with you. I will let them know.
Btw, I appreciate your install technique, you are the first person I've seen install it and go up the B pillar and out the roof behind the cantrail - this is the way.. I did this too, most install videos I watched they run it all the way to the back behind the weather stripping and go up behind the back door. While im sure it works, this is the better way.

The harness simply taps power from the OEM connector. Direct wiring eliminates the harness completely, and the speaker issue along with it. You still need the power convertor, though, it converts 12-24V DC to the 5V needed for the USB-C power. The mirror runs off USB-C power, not 12V. But you could easily replace it with one of your choice.

Why do you think the supplied convertor is crappy?

If you direct power it to 12v w a converter or the USB will it still turn on and off when you enter and exit the car like it does now? Also why would you go from 12v down to 5v instead of running it to one of the available USB ports already in the truck and eliminate the converter all together?

I say the supplied converter is crappy - because the manufacturer Hansshow said it is crappy.

Yes, that's what Teslaken describes. It turns on and off with the vehicle. That being said, I am in the middle of wiring it at this very minute, but that is the intended functionality.

This is an easily accessible switched 12V (actually closer to 15V) power feed that won't mess up the audio to the speaker. Not sure how to rap into USB power, assuming that would be more complicated. You could just plug it into one of the outlets but that wouldn't be as "integrated". See TeslaKen's blog post or watch the video:

https://halocybertruck.com/article-blog/f/cybertruck-12v-power-tap-for-accessories

Hansshow admits as the manufacturer/supplier that THEIR supplied PS is crappy? Well that's interesting. If it dies, I know where it will be and can replace it. I already gave some from Amazon. Maybe I will swap it out in advance.

Appreciate it, @That Beast Mode.

I pressured my contact at least for a timeline, but he said he's working with the manufacturer now and doesn't know. At least we know they're aware of the situation and trying to resolve it. I told him, even if you don't know, don't leave your customers hanging. Transparency is key!

I appreciate you trying - they told me they were working on a new harness for probably over 6 months now... So they are not really trying to resolve it but rather giving the standard were not going to fix this answer.
