It’s nice to hear that Tesla didn’t go with basic single pane window glass like they did with the Standard Model Y and 3. That would have been a huge downgrade IMO.

I'm curious who thinks Carvana is being dishonest here and to what end?

That was me. Im referring to a period of about 6-8 months where I was window shopping cybertrucks pretty obsessively and carvana always had exactly 3 and they were never purchasable - in pending status immediately. I work nights at a computer so Id see them list almost live. Gotta admit thats weird. I assumed they didnt actually have any but wanted to show they did. Could also have been a bot buying them superhumanly fast for a dealership too I suppose. For some reason in this forum that translated to me hating the cybertruck and I have a narrative to push that no one is buying them. I thought it was the opposite and confirmed what I was seeing in thenused market - that no one was trading them in/they were retaining value bc people love them. But sure, I read this forum nonstop and my wife is ready to divorce me as I wont stop talking CT features because I hate them.

Thank you! It wasnt just that they were unavailable, it was that there were always 3 exactly for months on end. If it was a dealership bot snatching them up to flip that doesn’t explain the never varying number in carvanas inventory. I didnt know vins were listed on carvana but I couldnt find where I could see them on purchase pending trucks. If you can then Im wrong but it was just the conspiracy theory of a dude who really wanted a CT - much like how we’re all reading tea leaves to guess our delivery dates.

I've seen multiples available on Carvana over the last year or so. Some with wraps and some without. They were available for a bit but do go pending pretty quick.

Estimated date update - June delivery vanished...

I now receive "Can't access account details," for a couple weeks. Every now and again, it will give me a june or july estimate for one query, then it goes back to "Can't access."

sg3703 was the last vin reported for this site 7 days ago. Deliveries are almost caught up to vins issued 🥱

I am calling my shot: I think we will see some VIN's issued tomorrow.
My VIN was assigned last Thursday around 2:00 PM, when that same morning my account was still showing a 2027 estimate. Things can change pretty quickly. I hope to see a few of you on here are lucky enough to get your VIN's tomorrow.

about time to release new VINs for next month production, July is a 3 week month for Tesla though.

I think you got someone's truck that gave up their slot possibly. Didn't you get a vin and they said come get the truck. Most people have a in-transit wait from vin to delivery

Could be possible. I really have no idea how Tesla prioritizes VIN assignments.
I was just making a hopeful prediction. Things changed pretty quickly for me, so I'm hoping a few others see the same tomorrow.

I ordered toward the end of the window, but just got a vehicle is ready at delivery center in Tampa. I have another 2 days to schedule delivery….kinda on the fence about picking it up since we just got a MYP last month.
