Yeah, if you cared to watch that 12 year old video from Rhode Island (couldn't find one in Illinois ?) you linked, you'd learn that the ticket wasn't issued for driving "too slow", it was issued for not keeping right while not passing.

As for your brothers, they probably need to retake the training course on civil rights, as they may have forgotten the Fourth Amendment. A vehicle can't be pulled over to "see what's wrong with them." There has to be PC to perform a stop, and without one such stop is a violation of civil rights that can result in all kinds of bad mojo for the cops. Also look up "appeal to authority."

Same comment can be made about FSD by the way - it when it is speeding and staying in the left lanes, it may result in a ticket because it's not going fast enough for that lane :D
Speaking of training - Do you even have FSD?

"SLOTH" mode does not go into the left lanes. Neither can "SLOTH" mode exceed the speed limit. You aren't going to win this one. Give up.

If you have FSD - let us know if chill/sloth mode goes into the left lane. We can answer that.
Let us know if chill/sloth mode exceeds the speed limit in any lane.
