Hansshow V2 to replace V1 (rear view mirror)

they messaged me saying they would mail out a new wiring harness and I asked why they couldn't just send me a whole new unit so I wouldn't have to be the guinea pig in their testing but they said they would wire out the harness first and see if it fixed the problem, this was on June 30 I still have not received anything and they won't respond to my messages.

Brings back nightmares of my three month long back-and-forth with Tesery.com regarding alleged alcantara trim covers that ended up being felt glued on plastic and fighting for 90 days via my credit card company with a dispute to get my $335 back.

Sadly, all these comments has made it abundantly clear I'll never be their customer. A.shame as I have wanted the mirror and the electric roof shade. There is no reason to support such shady business.

Just an FYI - I've been dealing with Hansshow customer service for probably 10 months now about a new harness on their mirror, they told me the other day there is NO new harness for this, then they offered me $20 as compensation. I told @Hansshow Technology to shove their $20 up their own harness as Id rather keep people on the forum away from their crap customer service and defective products.
