About a week after placing my order I got an email from the Powershare person in my area "Carmine" asking if I was interested in Powershare. I said yes and he said my home qualifies and they want to schedule an appointment. I thought it was a little weird to schedule an appointment with no idea of when I would be getting the truck so after initially saying ok, I changed my mind and cancelled the appointment because I wanted to wait until I got the truck. I let the scheduling person know that I was going to wait but I was definitely interested in Powershare. This seemed to strike a nerve with Carmine because he left me a message saying that it was not possible to wait and he needed to "clear my file", and would credit me with a few months of supercharging. I told him I was not interested in supercharging and that I want Powershare and he never responded. I emailed a handful more times asking if I could speak with someone else about it, but never got a response. That was months ago. Now that I own the truck I email again, the only way I have to contact the team, and let them know I would like to move forward with Powershare and get no response.
I asked my delivery team if they might be able to help and they all seem helpless. Seeing that Powershare equipment is part of my purchase, it seems unreasonable to me that this Carmine guy can single handedly make my Powershare decision for me against my will because he didn't want to wait.
Is anyone else out there dealing with something like this?
