Took delivery yesterday. My Tesla advisor said he thought it was the first Beast delivered out of the St Pete SC. My initial impressions:

Is this thing perfect… no way!

But it’s raw, ridiculous, and awesome! All I have to say is Wow! It’s truly a totally different driving experience for me and is exactly what I imagine a concept/prototype car to drive like but that makes it so much better for some reason. Will write a stand alone review after a week or so and have more time to figure out how it works, experience its quirks, report on any issues and will compare/contrast it to my wife's 23 ESV.

To some it up, I took my buddy for a drive who has an LP 640-4, 911 GTS and G 63. It had him giggling like a little kid, saying “WTF!!! I am buying one of these tomorrow !”.

Congratulations.

Agh! So pissed off right now. My delivery was scheduled today but now they have postponed it because they lost the truck. Still waiting for more info, but I talked to a guy at the Irvine location and he said that the truck might be on their lot somewhere, or it might be at a large logistics lot in Mira Loma, or maybe neither of those places. I got this VIN on 4/18 so it has been 26 days already...
