Where to buy replacement parts?

Service has been reduced in our area, so I'm wanting to do some small fixes myself, such as replacing a bump stop and potentially a trim applique. I found the part numbers in the service manual, but don't know where or how to buy the parts. Anyone know?

I would ask Tesla, they're currently the only catalog for OEM CT parts.

I always buy them through the SC.

I've setup service appointments where I say I want a certain part (12v battery for example). They message me back with a quote, I pay and go pickup.

This was/is at the old Pomona (now West Covina) SC. I've had nothing but great interactions at both SC's.

Yeah, your SC should be the ones to place the order on your behalf (or any SC, but unless it's a small item, they generally will not ship to you).

I always place a service ticket through the app, stating I want such-and-such part(s). They reply in a day or two with a quote. I pay and pickup the parts at the SC.

Yeah, that can be a pain, especially if they're now under-staffed. If you have a more local shop that works with Tesla's, they will probably have purchase-rights via the EPC, so that's another potential avenue.

I appreciate the input. I don't have any local places that work on Tesla's up here in Wichita (That I know of); but I am going to check around.

Update: Found a local body shop that was able to get the sail trim ordered. Took a week to get it in and 15 minutes to get it installed. Saved me a 180 mile on way trip to Kansas City service center..
Tesla did not cover the bill because I didn't have it serviced.. but at 250 bucks, it's nice to have it done.

Also nice to know we can order parts like this. Once warranty is up (it goes quick) I plan on digging around a lot more.
