Currently, FS is literally 100% of the CTs on the road. Once Non-FS comes out, Non-FS will be way more rare than FS. How long till the turn tables? I'm guessing at least 6 months.

Can just do some simple math:

Guesstimate 25,000 Foundation Series total production (could be a little lower, who knows) including the Beasts that have not yet been made.

Current production run rate of 1,300 trucks/week. Assume no increase in production rate.

25,000/1,300 = 19 weeks at the outside. If you opt to assume a higher average production rate for the next quarter or so, maybe 1,600, then 25,000/1,600 = 15.6 weeks.

That's about four months, starting in July. So by end of October non-FS and FS should be about equal. After that the tables turn.

is 1300/week a reported figure? I havent kept up with that. Also, are we assuming that adding the options like different color interior/wheel options and stuff wont have a negative impact on turnaround time? At least temporarily.

Yes, Tesla disclosed that figure. It is consistent with my observations. Two VIN's exactly one week apart separated by 1,200 from early/mid-May. I took the pics and saw the trucks.

The more important question is how will we make sure the plebs in the standard CT know we are better than them? I propose we all get a vinyl wrap with FOUNDATION SERIES across the whole side of the vehicle.

Oh 100%. And for every non-FS we see, we have to put a pleb magnet on their truck

My Model S Plaid, now gone, had a carbon fiber rear spoiler. Maybe a Lamborghini Countach style mega rear wing in carbon fiber stamped with FOUNDATION SERIES in it?

If you have to prove it, you don't deserve it.

And it's not as if the vehicle is already laser etched with the logo.

Laser etching is far too timid. We need foundation series stainless nuts on our tow hitches

You seem to be one of the reasons that I want to get away from, in so many obnoxious pickup trucks.

I don't have to try to prove my superiority to others.

I’m guessing they don’t stop foundation till the last guy in line says no. Why would they, they are smart! It’s worth every penny imo, my other rig is a Defender X, you pay for a nicer vehicle, the Cybertruck is exactly that a luxury vehicle.

Don't worry my post and yours are all dripping in obvious sarcasm. I do not think @Woodrick can comprehend it, because of his reactions.
If it was obvious sarcasm, then maybe it wasn't obvious.

If it was obvious sarcasm, then it wouldn't be true.

The problem is, it can exist. There are people that would do it. And there are people that would buy it before they get their vehicle. The whole statement comes from the fact that it DOES EXIST.
