Has anyone found the best insurance company to use? What about comprehensive delivery checklist?

NorCal - I use Telsa. Came from State Farm for 30+ years, and it was more than half cheaper

When it comes to insurance companies, it depends on what you're looking for and what's important to you. I haven't found one that's the absolute best for everyone, but I've had a good experience with Insurance Cloud for my multi-bike policy. Their website, https://www.insurancecloud.co.uk/services/multi-bike/ , has all the info you need. As for a comprehensive delivery checklist, I don't have one handy, but I can tell you some basics to include. Make sure to check the condition of the items, have all the necessary paperwork, and confirm the delivery address. It's also a good idea to have insurance coverage for the delivery in case anything goes wrong.

Progressive only quote me $358 for 6 months, even cheaper than my old 2015 bmw 428, while Tesla insurance quote me $340 per month.

I guess progressive realized the repair cost should be super low due to no paint work.

Just another data point, we've gone back to Progressive after Amfam (Costco) increased our 6 monthly premium from $2400 to $3750. Progressive quoted $2300 (like for like), or $1900 with Snapshot.

I know people love to hate Progressive, but we've had a good experience with them in the past, and, frankly, just about all insurance companies suck these days. Can't ignore saving $200 per month.

We have 3 drivers, one under 25, and 4 cars, the Cybertruck 'bit' of the insurance is $382 (for reference, the rest of the cars): Model 3 - $550, R1T - $475 and a 2019 Fiesta $551. i.e. the Cybertruck is the most expensive vehicle, and least expensive to insure.

I'm in FL so USAA offered best rates for me. All depends. In my case, I have a few other products with them as well plus more than a 20yr relationship.

They all 'take turns' being best, and then quietly ratchet up different coverage rates for packages until it becomes obvious to customers who then bail for an awaiting better insurance provider. The money/revenue surges are made between the time they start increasing rates/prices of coverage types, and before the point where customers really start to notice and then bail to a cheaper provider. Everyone has busy lives and so they don't always notice right away. Racket rinse and repeat.

Look for the best rates, coverage, and deductible options that suit your needs, and then keep your eye on the policy afterward, while not getting too comfortable or loyal to any provider.
