Universal Wall Connector still being included with Foundation Series?

Others have gotten a credit to order it in the online store. If it's on your paperwork, and you have a VIN, you should be able to start a ticket or chat in the Tesla app and get it dealt with.

I don't know. I spent my $2500 voucher and used part of it to buy a Universal Wall Connector, but the Powershare can be purchased from the Tesla Store for $2500 so it doesn't seem like there is any accommodation for a wall-mounted charger. I have never heard anything about Tesla providing a wall charger as part of the FS package. Where do you see that and what exactly does it say, if I may ask?

I need to get this UWC going. I don't have real good way to charge currently. I have 14-30 dryer outlet and the mobile connector isn't long enough to reach the driveway. I have my garage queen parked in the garage that I really don't want to move for every charge.

You can get an extension cord retail that can handle 38a but has the right plugs for your mobile connector. Should cost between $100-$200.
It would be a stop-gap until you get your wall connector wired out to your parking spot.

is this offer ( Power Share Mobile Connector & Universal Wall Connector) only for Cyberbeast or AWD ? I have my delivery for Jun 25th for AWD, and I haven't seen this on the list. The Tesla advisors were not very clear when I inquired about this offer.

They aren't going to know what's on your paperwork for a different part of the company. Service, Energy, and Store purchases are all handled independently.
It should be on the purchase agreement you were given to sign digitally.

For me - I got everything in Foundation Series package except: Wheel Covers (recell/redesign), FSD (Coming in a OTA), and Powershare equipment (Gateway and universal wall charger). I have the mobile connector and every other bell and whistle in the package. I'm told next steps is Tesla reaching out to me about Powershare equipment via email, app message or text. At that point I have a decision tree. If I want Powershare I would need a Tesla certified installer come out and check if I'm able to use Powershare Gateway in my home. If so I pay the install and Tesla provides the equipment including UWC. If I don't want Powershare I would be offered a $2500 voucher where I can buy a UWC and other items in the Tesla shop but the purchases have to happen all at one and not piece milled over time.
I think I have that right....

I have reviewed all the documents: - Order Agreement, Delivery Configuration, Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement, and no where it outlines what will be included in the package regarding the Universal wall charger and Power Share. I just don't want to miss out on these when they are offering, I don't trust the Tesla Advisors, they are not well trained.
