Anyone’s 2024.20.6 S/W update taking too long?

Has anyone experienced any bugs with this release? I received a few alerts yesterday after leaving Costco? After getting home and putting truck in charger. Alerts went away. Needless to say, rear steering is greatly missed when you don’t have it.

You probably should at least create a Service Request and let them look at it explicitly.
It may be release related and by creating a Service Request, that means that it has a chance to make it back to the dev team.
Or it may be release independent, in which case it needs to be fixed.

You just refuse to ever admit something is wrong with the car. The guy said his wifi is sound and he’s never had this happen in any of his other cars. 2 days of downloading is not normal.

But why should I when I just went through essentially the EXACT SAME situation and there has been another thread with essentially the EXACT SAME situation?

I know that I have good Wi-Fi in my house, I know that it becomes marginal in the garage. I know that there are a LOT of times where the downloads just fly and signal strength is high, and other times when the downloads are slow and I then notice the Wi-Fi is low.

Many people may say their WiFi is good, but as it appears the OP meant, other devices on the network were working. I assume that they are NOT in the garage.

I reported it via the app and have an appointment Tues morning to address the other recalls and this. unfortunately, I still love the truck.

It did! …after more than 24 hours. Software also installed successfully.

Truck started automatically downloading 2024.20.6 more than an hour ago but still at 7%.

Anyone else’s taking long with downloading it? Should I reset the touchscreen?

Edit: my wifi connection is fine, multiple devices are connected and no other issues such as streaming.

I downloaded mine while at home with WiFi connected and it took about 40 minutes if that.
