To the OP - 100% agree that adapting to the truck is a non-event...happens quickly and naturally. The only thing I'm still trying to shake is looking over my left shoulder for a lane change; you have to change that muscle memory to look right so you can see the screen. I'm getting there! Otherwise, steering, handling, acceleration all 5 stars! The most surprising thing is how quiet and smooth the ride is. Can't believe that I'm driving this crazy vehicle every day!

I should have mentioned that. You are 100% correct… I still haven’t adapted to relying on a he screen for all my mirrors.

Every time I realize this, I look at the screen and see much more than the mirrors show. I guess it will just take time to re-train my mind.

I've had mine for 4 weeks 479 miles. I love it so much that I hate to get out of it when I come home. I'm keeping it SS. Part of the reason I reserved it was because it's SS, so I decided to keep it that way.

I wanted to wait until I had some decent mileage on the truck before posting…

THIS IS THE MOST INCREDIBLE TECHNOLOGICAL MARVEL I’VE EVER SEEN!!!!

It drives like a sports car, until you want to off-road, and it transforms into a Baja rig.

It elicits gawkers everywhere. It accelerated… well, like a Tesla. (I’ve had 2 Model S and a Model Y)

Steer by wire is insanely good. I can’t believe how quickly and easily I adapted to squircle, STW and 4 wheel steering. Even the turn signal stalk delete, which I was skeptical of, is second nature in minutes.

I did have one service issue: the coolant manifold had to be replaced in the first two weeks. (Typical Elon, the service tech told me it’s has a “super man” logo on the manifold?). My experience was phenomenal… drove out one day with a model 3 loaner, came back the next day with my CT all fixed. No hassle. No charge.

Bravo Tesla.

I used my $2,500 credit to buy the tent, which will be installed in a few days. Already see the wiper and tonneau repairs schedules for the same day.

I couldn’t be happier. If you are on the fence… get this truck! Seriously! It’s f’ing amazing.

Did the gloss black wrap and it’s gorgeous. Stole the idea from someone else here and have Darth Vader’s “Yes, my Master” WAV at lock. (Sorry for not remembering who to credit).

Thank you for this post. I was on the fence and reading this and all the comments got me to pull the trigger! I did gloss black STEK PPF as well and it looks amazing! Couldn’t be happier so far!

I get this. I was so on the fence “the foundation markup!” “What about recalls!” “Panel gaps!”

I have whatever the opposite of buyers remorse is. I wish I pulled the trigger sooner
:)thank you for saying this and being honest.
