$2,500 PowerShare Shop Voucher

Just took delivery of our Cybertruck FS on June 30. On a positive note, we love our CT. The technology is amazing. We really enjoy the new "feel" of using steer-by-wire when cornering sharp turns. It took a day to get used to it, but now we love S-B-W and the new "squircle" steering wheel.

On the negative side, we're trying to get PowerShare installed now that we have our CT. Has anyone else had trouble getting the $2,500 voucher in the mail or otherwise delivered after taking delivery? We've called local and corporate Tesla service, and the local 3rd party PowerShare installer to get the voucher with no help, no answers, and no returned calls. We even tried ordering PowerShare on Tesla Shop in hopes that the voucher would automatically activate. We were able to add PowerShare to our cart, but they expected payment on our credit card. There is a drop down window that asks for a Voucher Code, but we never got an email with the voucher or a voucher code. Help!!!

From 1 day to 6 months seems too vague and too long. Could anyone that has received the voucher by mail have any information about the source of the voucher email or other contact information so I can request they send the voucher email? Is it Tesla Customer Service at HQ?

I received the survey first week of January, said I was eligible, got my truck 6/2, still waiting, my fiance got the truck on 3/31 and received the voucher 1 week later via email, there’s also people who received their truck in January and haven’t gotten anything, there is no contact information, there’s no way to route a call to anyone that knows anything, it’s extremely frustrating.

I was reminded by the Tesla CS team that most Cybertruck accessories are out of stock so they are in no rush to issue us Shop vouchers.

Should remind them that some people actually want PowerShare that you can currently order and the 4k install credit so they can charge their truck.

Finally made progress on the $4k credit through Q-merit but can't move forward until the voucher/hardware arrives, so the waiting continues.
