Ok y'all I'm really confused now. I just got an invite to order a foundation series CT but when I click on the "Continue To Account" button in the email I received and log in there's no way to place the order. What am I missing or who should I call?

Getting anyone to answer a cold call is next to impossible. When I got that email I was at the airport but was able to click on it and order using my phone. I can’t remember if it took me to the app or the website but it was straightforward. If you’ve done that without any luck then I’d drive to a service center and talk to them. (Assuming you really want it!)

Is the email on the Tesla account the same as the email they sent the invite to?

I got my email yesterday as well and the same thing happened to me. I am going to get the app and see what happens

You must do the ordering on the Tesla app. If you haven't downloaded it yet, do so and enter all your info.
