Looks like someone used very excessive force on the horn while honking. Maybe they punched it and it left an indentation.

I’d get it checked. I have the exact same mark on my Sierra and I’ll tell you… some excessive force was definitely involved lol

Mine also has it, not an issue for me. Basically just like the ripples in the white leather on the dash that many have pointed out…. doesn’t concern me.
