The Service Center installs all the tiedowns in the bed for you. Sure, maybe you can do this yourself, but it is included in the purchase price.

whats not included is the time you have to wait for an appointment, the time you have to wait for them to actually do it and the time it takes to post on the forum talking about how you have an appointment for them to do it.

people just need to screw in the few bolts and be done with it, is it really worth hours of your time to take it there to have them install for you ? PLUS a lot of trucks already have the D rings in the bed for some reason so do they get a refund for the "included" service ?

Yes, that's what goes in that CT-themed case.

ETA: It also comes with two (2) additional d-rings. But that's OK, the bed has places for ten (10) of them, haha!!

It's great to have a cost-effective spare, but how about a jack? I also carry an air compressor for slow leaks and a plug kit just in case.

What you are not considering is that they be installed by Mobile Service.

It came with it but in a different format. Its not integrated with the tire. They put the box in the sub-trunk area.

Why, flats are rare these days. How many flats per year have you had? Or is it years between flats?

Discount tire carries 3 different tires in my area.

A little off-topic, but didn’t feel I needed to start a new thread…
I have a home in an area that is not covered by Tesla mobile service.
So I purchased a Cybertruck one OEM all-terrain wheel/tire on eBay with less than 50 miles on it for $600 delivered. It does not have the TPMS.
I’m assuming the seller moved it to the Wheel/tire set they replaced the factory set with. I can buy the TPMS on the Tesla online store for $95 And a local tire store will install it for ~$62
But now I’m wondering if that’s even a smart idea. As will be leaving this in my garage as adjust in case replacement Don’t know much about how TPMS sensors operate, but concerned that it will confuse my cyber truck when it’s parked close to it in the garage. As I understand it, they run on a battery that can go dead and there’s no way to turn them off. But I’m not sure it would even pair with my truck without programming it to do so.
Anybody who can provide their expertise and some advice would be much appreciated.

TPMSs normally don't turn on until the wheel are turning and can take a mile before they can be read.

That was cheap for someone to go through the time to rip out the TPMS and put another stem in it to make a few dollars reselling the TPMS.
