Jeeze, sorry you have to go through this. I was told by “Kelly” that there is only 1 Cybertruck technician at Raintree which is surprising. I only had some minor cosmetic things I wanted fixed which didn’t seem too much to ask for considering the price of the vehicle and I’ve been waiting 2 months for this appointment.Raintree SC is lacking in craftsmanship. My CT had a front windshield replacement due to a glass imperfection at delivery. The SC broke my roof glass when replacing the front windshield, and then they lied about it, saying that the roof glass was fractured at delivery. Now my truck has wind whistle above 55 MPH and the SC is taking 2 months just to even evaluate the wind whistle. I’m disgusted by the Raintree SC. When the replaced the roof glass they left part of the interior header loose and now the whole thing rattles like rattlesnakes over rough-ish roads. I’m not happy.
Are you making an appointment at Raintree to get your interior header fixed or heading to a different service center?
