Raintree SC is lacking in craftsmanship. My CT had a front windshield replacement due to a glass imperfection at delivery. The SC broke my roof glass when replacing the front windshield, and then they lied about it, saying that the roof glass was fractured at delivery. Now my truck has wind whistle above 55 MPH and the SC is taking 2 months just to even evaluate the wind whistle. I’m disgusted by the Raintree SC. When the replaced the roof glass they left part of the interior header loose and now the whole thing rattles like rattlesnakes over rough-ish roads. I’m not happy.
Jeeze, sorry you have to go through this. I was told by “Kelly” that there is only 1 Cybertruck technician at Raintree which is surprising. I only had some minor cosmetic things I wanted fixed which didn’t seem too much to ask for considering the price of the vehicle and I’ve been waiting 2 months for this appointment.

Are you making an appointment at Raintree to get your interior header fixed or heading to a different service center?

This is crazy. I went in to manage my order. I hit edit my order and hit save. I didn't change anything. An hour later I got my VIN. Another hour says schedule your delivery. I'm taking delivery tomorrow! I think all I did was refresh my order. Absolutely nuts. My wheels are AT

Helpful for those of us waiting patiently, to get an idea of the production rate.

And for the tech to say that there is only 1 CT technician is nonsense. The techs are cross-trained across all vehicle types. I think the service tech you mentioned is being non factual in an attempt to assuage. He was the one that said my roof glass was fractured at delivery when I know that I returned the CT with the roof glass INTACT about a month post-delivery for the windshield replacement. He either bald-faced lied to me or was mislead by another technician, and it really heightened my wariness. My roof glass was fractured when the SC went about replacing the front windshield.

And my windshield has been replaced two times now. The first for an imperfection at delivery that was a weird fracture on the interior glass but not the exterior. But when they replaced it the first time they placed it too low, by about 1/8th of an inch, causing the ceiling shifter to not connect with its mounting hole. One touch of the sunshades and the ceiling shifter would fall out, twirling by its electrical wires. And they tried to return it to me in that condition. Certainly the techs reassembling everything had to know, because the slightest movement of the sun visor made the ceiling shifter fall down and dangle.

But they had to replace the front glass twice.

The second time they replaced the front windshield the header was not completely installed, as at least one of the brackets was crushed reinstalling it, and now it is rattling on rough-ish roads.

I’m hoping that there is a learning curve going on at Raintree with the CT.

But I might make appointments in Tempe, Mesa, or Glendale in the future if things keep going the direction they have been.

Still don't get it. How did you edit your order? There's no such an option. Only cancel the order...
I did it through the website. log in to your account, go to orders, select the manage button, then click edit design

We have the same order and RN number. Mine is RN 11339. I don't no why you don't have it. In the search bar at the top right of this web page type in change configuration and a lot of others pop up that did it.

"The Edit Option button is disabled once Financing is approved"

My Manage Order page looks exactly like yours (same RN 1133xxxxx.) except I have the Edit Design option. When I clicked on Edit Design, the ordering tool defaulted my wheels and tires selection to Cyber Wheels with AT tires, as the Core/AS tires are no longer an option. If I just hit Save without making any changed, it will switch my tires selection to the unwanted AT automatically. What the OP did would not work for people who wanted to keep AS tires.
