One drive in the Dual Motor Cybertruck will help you immediately understand it's not a $50K truck. This is a much better product than the Dual Motor that was announced in 2019. Honestly, it's such a good truck it should really cost around $150K, but then only wealthy people would be able to afford it. Tesla knows they have to sell it for less if they want to be instrumental in accelerating the shift to electric vehicles.Happy for you except that the price is prohibitive and why is the regular AWD version not yet available at $50,000 US as agreed by this dear Elon? ??
It was very smart of them to release their first truck as a product that was objectively better than all their gas competition. They wanted there to be no doubt it was better.
