I’m picking up my Beast tomorrow and am curious to know what manufacturing defects other owners have found when inspecting their CTs on the delivery day. What should I look out for?

Check your alcantara for scratches, windshield for chips, bends in ss trim pieces (ie- a-pillar), verify your air suspension to all settings, tonneau usage and quality, and loose parts on tailgate. These are a mixture of things I have experienced and others have as well.

Check that all panels are aligned. Check to see if there is a gap b/w tonneau and rear window which will cause rain, debris, dust etc to fill the bed. If you're concerned I would just make them open/show you other ones waiting to be delivered to compare and contrast. Also, take a video of everything in case you miss something and then find it later so you can prove it was present upon delivery.

That’s a great idea. I do that with rental cars but hadn’t even thought to do it with my CT. Thank you.

Check the bumpers. I had scratches and dings on the rear bumper

Since this might be my last vehicle, I tried to live the moment and enjoy delivery to the max. A few days later I noticed an out of spec panel gap that the service center fixed.

I have direct knowledge that all undelivered Cyberbeasts are missing drivers… ?
