I’ve only recently began “complaining” about my lengthy order time.

my VIN came in today at day 150.

Does not appear to be any rhyme or reason on the VINs…….I received my VIn 273xxx on Aug 1 and yours precedes the higher number sequence and you are just getting yours.

Got mine today, home and in the garage. Driving home was pretty nerve wracking. Went to the elementary school beside my neighborhood to practice parking prior to putting it in the garage. Very strange at first but turned out to be a pretty quick adjust. Excited!

I think they come here by rail and there’s all the logistics and delays with that. Until they know they can move the truck to its final destination do they then assign the vin.

I talked with Rogers, MN SC rep this past Friday am about delivery date for my VIN# 28XXX that I had received Aug 7th. He said the truck was in transit and would be delivery before the end of August. Would like to have heard Monday the 19th but at least I should be in the final 2 weeks of this adventure...

About a week ago @HaulingAss responded to one of my posts saying I’d have my VIN within two weeks. I recognize he tends to be annoyingly right about stuff but WTF, man? To help increase the chances I even headed out of town for ten days.

Even though it’s Sunday I did check twice this morning and then ran some errands. I just checked again and holy effing, that annoying @HaulingAss was right — I GOT A VIN!

About a week ago @HaulingAss responded to one of my posts saying I’d have my VIN within two weeks. I recognize he tends to be annoyingly right about stuff but WTF, man? To help increase the chances I even headed out of town for ten days.

Even though it’s Sunday I did check twice this morning and then ran some errands. I just checked again and holy effing, that annoying @HaulingAss was right — I GOT A VIN!

237 days something is wrong you need to go and they will ask you how you're paying and they will ping the team right in front of you, anytime u need something go there smile be nice and pick the most competent looking person to help you. Good luck.

Day 242 here, since config. Still no grey beast VIN. Stopped by SC on Saturday. The Salesperson was very helpful, looked up my order and said everything looked ok, but didn't know any more. Said to keep waiting and should be soon.

I few days before I got my VIN I sent this chat on a service call for my MX, which I ultimately declined to do.

they didn’t say they took any action but nonetheless I a vin came.
