I'm just back from my second test drive, and on both occasions I felt as though the steering was too responsive at low speed. I'm sure you get used to it in time but is there an option like in the other Teslas where you can dial in the responsiveness or weight feel of the steering?

Yes, they have "relaxed" and "focused" mode. Relaxed mode will feel much more smooth than focused, but it will not directly change the steering ratio at low speeds. For that you just have to get used to it.

I spent nearly an hour in the Tesla parking lot, and most of the first day of ownership in comfort mode.
Coming from a 2002 Sierra, it's just a bit more responsive ?.
