In its current form, this is basically useless. The fact this went out to the public (this late in the production process) is embarrassing. I would have expected this level of PA at launch and be parking itself by now. Seeing M3s with revised camera locations for robocab and hearing Elon wants to give xAI $5b pissing me off even more. Execute on the products you are selling now for the loyal customers you have spent years building!

Tesla is suppose to be a leader in software yet cant provide its customers basic features that come on $20k vehicles. If this is what PA looks like, I cant wait for the FSD let down. Based on this PA, a useful FSD doesnt look to be coming in 2024.

I had vision parking on my Model y and it got better and better quickly. Autopark then came and was great.

The best news about this is the latest tweet about parking this week and fsd in September seems accurate so many improvements coming quickly.

While its isn't full FSD yet, its the first piece of Tesla Vision finally for us. What is to come in September likely, Auto Park and FSD finally hopefully.

The b pillar cameras won’t help you with that. You can see what the b pillar cameras see under the service tab and it is largely useless IMO.

Tesla could have added new cameras to be useful for the CT but they simply use the FSD cameras and those are standardized locations that cannot be modified. The “lines” are the best we will get unfortunately.

I would like to see the B-pillar cameras when I park into a parking space head first. I hope that is coming, too.

As usual Tesla is making the best of out a poor decision. My 2018 model 3, with sensors, did a much better job.
