I still have my 2017MS. I’ve found it’s a perfect pairing given my location. (Within 5 miles of 24 SC and 12 urban chargers.)
Both go 0-60 in 4sec.
One has air suspension. The other has coil. (Different feels of the road.)
Plus the MS is paid off. Ha - The best kind of vehicle. Ha

Kept my GMC 2500HD for pulling the Toy Hauler! Sold my M3P (didnt want to but taking up space and wouldnt pick it over the CB), wife has new Audi SQ7, lots of motorcycles - ICE and EV.

Depending on how it pans out I may trade the 2500 for Ramcharger for towing duties....and when my wife is ready and battery tech (Range anxiety)moves on - get a EV 7 seater!

Interesting! Consider it off the list, but now I'm curious.
Go watch out of spec Kyle drive one. There are some suspension tuning issues for a vehicle with that much power at that weight. In general after owning vehicles that are “too fast” for any practical purpose I think it’s more of a mental incentive not to have the ability to unleash reckless levels of vehicle power in the wrong place. There was a guy in Utah that did something crazy in his Lucid and ended up killing himself and a random 26 yo in a head on. Porsche and Audi are pretty good but I could see an Eletre getting squirrely. It’s made in China so also not really a Lotus. For a practical car the Ioniq 5 is very nice and if you want to step up to a performance vehicle the Ioniq 5 N is the mid life crisis version.

A fun (potentially) last gas powered vehicle. I’m keeping my G wagon for long, remote trips and for that V8 soundtrack.

I just got my CT a week ago. I own a 3 and love it but starting to wonder how much I will be driving it now. However I do think 1 sports car and 1 CT is the ticket as they serve 2 different purposes. I also own a Chevy HD2500 diesel. I really love that truck but also think that’s the one that needs to go and will sit the most now. I also have a 73 Bronco but that’s just for fun in the summer ?.

Yeah. Sick.

?
Haha it’s definitely ac little gimmicky but after testing it out and having fun with the shifting I can say it’s actually pretty cool. It’s basically an EV car for someone who wants to drive it like an ICE on track. Not a bad idea.

Tesla's Model X Plaid for SUV duty and the reengineered Model 3 Performance for grand touring. They are the apex alpha beast in their respective categories. I love them all. Tesla makes some of the best vehicles in the world :geek:

We've had our Cybertruck for almost 4 months and it's been the go to vehicle for pretty much everything. We're ready to retire our other gas car (we rarely drive it) for a second EV, but we're not sure what.

I just want to hear what your ideal second vehicle is to the Cybertruck and why? Or maybe the CT is all you want/need?

Here's where I'm at:

Cybertruck 2: Return to Cybertron - We half-joked about getting a second Cybertruck because we love it so much, but it seems somewhat impractical since we both drive together most of the time. What are we gonna do, caravan in 2 Cybertrucks everywhere we go so we can both drive? Also, not sure if 2 will even fit in our garage.

Model 3 - I traded my 2022 LR in when we got the CT, and it was such an awesome vehicle. Would buy again. Probably Highland Performance. I eyeball these every time they drive by.

Aptera - If we really wanted to lean into the unusual looking vehicles. But I'm 6'5" and not sure I'd fit. Looks sweet in black, insane range, solar panels.

Ioniq 5 - We rented one and it was a lot of fun to drive, and I love the look.

Rivian R3 - So cool. I'm not sure what 80s nostalgia buttons in my brain they're pressing, but they pressed them.

Fiat 500e - Beep beep, fits anywhere, nice small compliment to the big CT, but small size is a concern.

Lotus Eletre - Bit of a splurge, but LOVE the look, so it's on the list.
We have a Model X. Love having both.

With the options you gave, I’d go M3. If the R2/R3 were available today, I might be swayed.
