Two weeks ago, I went on a two-day offroading trip with several friends, it was pretty hardcore, rock crawling, sand, etc. Got stuck twice, more on that in another post. Damaged the truck a bit, and received a lot of scratches on the trim pieces and the wrap on the side of the truck.
The other day I was looking at PPF wraps to potentially add another layer of protection, and then came across this wrap from Vvivid called the Indestructible. After some research and watching some videos on Youtube, I decided to give it a try and the result is pretty good.
So far I've only done the 4 fender flares, planning on doing the mirrors and the rocker panels, and the front/rear bumper as well. But due to the heat wave here in Sothern California I decided to delay that plan for another week.
For each fender flare, it took about 1.5-2 hours to wrap, it's tricky for the first piece but I would say it's pretty easy if you are a DIY person.
It looks pretty cool in my opinion, looks like and touch like truck bed liner, should be scratch resistent and if a piece is damaged, replacement for another piece will probably take like 20 minutes to do.
